Mid-Term Optimal Scheduling of Low-Head Cascaded Hydropower Stations Considering Inflow Unevenness

China has a vast scale of hydropower, and the small hydropower stations account for large proportion. In flood season, excessive inflow keeps these at high reservoir level, leading to worse condition hindered power output great error in calculation generation. Therefore, this paper proposes mid-term optimal scheduling model low-head cascaded considering unevenness, which is controlled by expected curve daily inflow–maximum curve. A case study nine on Guangxi grid shows that, regardless fitted or not, there are different degrees between planned actual situations. However, generation decreased when curve, reflects impact output. Meanwhile, according comparison, weekly plan more line with real using solve problem. The results indicate that improves accuracy uneven inflow, playing key role process scheduling.
